Who we are

Wholesale Markets Pro is a Shopify app that lets merchants offer group-based wholesale pricing to selected customers.

What we collect and why

• Store information (store domain, access tokens): required to operate the app inside your Shopify admin.
• Wholesale applications (business name, tax ID, and message submitted by a customer, linked to their Shopify customer ID): stored so the merchant can review and approve applications.
• Customer group membership: stored as metafields on the customer record inside Shopify, used to apply the correct pricing.

We do not collect customer names, emails, addresses, or payment details. We do not sell or share any data with third parties. Data is used solely to provide the app's functionality.

Data retention and deletion

• When a customer's data is redacted via Shopify's GDPR process, their wholesale applications are deleted automatically.
• When a store uninstalls the app, its stored data (sessions, applications, configuration) is deleted automatically.

Data requests

Merchants and customers can request a copy or deletion of stored data at any time by emailing pradeepchandra007@ymail.com.
